500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

The 500 Hour teacher training is for those who are willing to fully immerse themselves into the teachings of Yoga and Yogic lifestyle.

Students will also have the opportunity to practice and teach at our Ashram to refine their understanding and knowledge, and have access to the community while they are here. If there are any other events happening they will have the possibility to attend.

200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Our 200-Hour Curriculum uniquely blends the history and philosophical teachings of yoga with the
essential components of asana, anatomy and sequencing. While the curriculum is stacked for an
immersive learning experience, the delivery is interactive and personalized, encouraging a well-rounded
approach to developing both your personal practice and your teaching skills. The training is specifically
designed to help you:

  • Advance your study of asana (including proper alignment, benefits, and contraindications of
    the physical postures)
  • Understand the principles of anatomy and body mechanics
  • Explore the science and art of sequencing
  • Learn how to teach online and in person
  • See and interpret how energy moves through the body
  • Use props to improve or modify a posture
  • Cultivate your voice, both as a teacher and as an individual
  • Build confidence through practice teaching
  • Gain a broader understanding of yoga history and philosophy
  • Learn and define the Sanskrit names of postures

100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Our 100-hour Embodyoga-based training for yoga teachers provides an in-depth study and certification.
Mindful Yoga Therapy is an empirically informed, clinically tested program comprised of five practices:
Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures connected with breath), Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Gratitude.

The 100 Hour Mindful Yoga Therapy program consists of five modules, presented over five weekends. It includes our Beginning Mindful Yoga Therapy Program and in addition our Resilience Program. The 12-week Resilience Program is the follow-up to the Beginning Mindful Yoga Therapy Program. Both programs include a 12-week protocol that includes Embodyoga® supports and all five “Tools” from the “Toolbox.”


1 Week Yoga Retreat

This Yoga retreat is for those who are willing to experience Yogic lifestyle at our Ancient Ashram. 

This course will be the first week of the 200 Hours YTTC program.
